No Returns on Personalized Products

All of our crystal bracelets and spiritual readings are personalized based on your birth time and energy profile. Once we create your bracelet, it's been tailored to your specific BaZi chart, so we don't accept returns or refunds for these custom products.

• Custom crystal bracelets: non-returnable
• BaZi readings and services: non-refundable

We hope you understand — these aren't just products, they're personal energy tools made just for you.

Damaged or Missing Parts?

If something arrives broken or missing, don’t worry — we’ll take care of it. We’ll send replacement beads (up to 2) or offer cord replacement if your bracelet was damaged in transit.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include a clear photo of the damage. We'll get back to you within 3 business days.

Need an Energy Update?

If you’d like to rebalance your bracelet (maybe focus more on love, or financial growth), we offer a paid energy rematching service. This isn’t a return, but a new energy adjustment based on your updated goals. We recommend waiting 21 days before requesting changes so your original energy can settle.
