After placing an order, you'll fill in your birth details during checkout. Within 48 hours, you'll receive a personalized BaZi-based energy analysis and crystal bracelet recommendation via email.
2. What birth information do I need to provide?
We require your full birth date, time (if known), and city of birth. This allows our system to generate your BaZi chart and Five Element profile.
3. What if I don’t know my exact birth time?
That's okay. You can provide an estimated range like “morning” or “evening.” We'll still generate a meaningful report and note any accuracy limitations.
4. When will I receive my report and recommendations?
We typically deliver your digital energy analysis within 24–48 hours. If you proceed with a bracelet order, shipping will take an additional 10–14 business days.
5. Are your crystals authentic and energetically cleansed?
Yes. We use only genuine, ethically sourced crystals. Each bead is hand-selected and energetically cleansed before it becomes part of your bracelet.
6. Can I order a ready-made bracelet based on the report?
Absolutely. After your report, we’ll design 1–2 bracelet sets based on your energy needs. You'll receive direct product links to purchase them instantly.
7. What if I don't like the recommended colors or style?
You can share your preferences with us! We offer one revision and can adjust based on your aesthetic style while keeping energetic alignment.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship globally with tracking. Delivery time depends on your location, but we ensure secure packaging and international logistics.
9. Can I get the report in Chinese?
Yes. We support English and Simplified Chinese. Please leave a note at checkout or contact support after your order to specify language preference.
